In The Legacy of Goku part 2, the plot begins where the The Legacy of Goku part 1 left off and end where at the Cell Game Sega where Gohan defeat the the android Cell. New feature allow characters to transform to become stronger, at the expense of draining energy bar. Also a scouter mechanism to look at stats of other players.

In West City, inside the electronics store is a kid who says that they sell his favorite anime videos and wishes his life was more like an anime show. Their electronics store is called Circuit Shaq.
